Combining simplicity and autonomy, our check-in starts at 4 PM and is done completely digitally. With the exception of our housekeepers, we have no staff on site. A few days before your arrival, we will be in contact with you to share the access codes and all the details you will need for your stay. Our staff is available at all times to assist you during your stay. We can be reached by phone or SMS to answer all your questions.

Check-out is at 11 AM. If you would like a late check-out, please contact us directly.

Desjardins(Bank & Currency Exchange) is located at 300 metres (about 1,000 feet) from the inn on the same sidewalk.

We are at 800 metres (at a 10-minute walk) of the Québec City Convention Centre.

You can reserve by phone at our toll-free number at 1 (866) 346-9136, or by Internet on our website.

You have 48 hours prior to your check-in date to cancel your reservation without penalty, otherwise the total amount of your stay will be charged.

We have an undergroun parking lot located two blocks away from the inn. It is possible to reserve your spot at the cost of 22$ +tax per night by calling us.
